Minimum stay is 5 nights. Maximum number of people is 4. Smoking and pets are not permitted. There is a friendly outdoor cat that has adopted us and lives at the house. Children must be 5 or older because the house is not childproofed. No one else will be staying there when you are there. You will need to rent a car. Zoni Beach House is about 15 minutes from town.

In addition to the rent, there is a 7% Puerto Rico room tax and a $250 damage deposit. Half of the rent is required to make a reservation. Payment is by check only. Credit cards are not accepted. The remainder of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings that are 30 days or less prior to arrival, payment will be cash paid on arrival.

To reserve dates, a rental agreement will be e-mailed. This will include all information necessary for sending the check and should be mailed with the check. A reminder will be e-mailed 6 weeks before arrival date for final payment. It will also include contact information for our property manager who will meet you and take you to the house.

Directions — This peaceful, beachfront house is about 15 minutes from Culebra’s only town, so a rental car is necessary. Located in Puerto Rico, the nearest airport is Culebra (CPX), PR at 5 Miles, and the nearest ferry is Culebra, PR at 6 Miles.
